Okay, so tell me about your current install (what version of what
application) and what version you want to update to, and how you are
updating (release tarball, patch file, cvs update, snapshot tarball).

This depends on what version you have, what version you want to update
to, and how you want to update it.

I assume you mean CVS HEAD of kronolith?

If so, then you login to your CVS HEAD version of Horde as a horde
administrator, click on the "Administrator" menu item at the top,
click on "Configuration" menu item, select the "Calendar" application
from the selection box. It will load your old config values, and then
present you will a form of all the possible config values with your old
ones already filled in. Simply fill in any remaining items (new ones),
and then click on the "Generate Calendar Configuration" link. It will
either update your config if it can (has write access), or if not tell
you that it can't and give you the desired contents on the screen so
you can copy/paste them into the file as described there. Of course,
all of this is in your kronolith/docs/INSTALL file I'm sure.

Because you didn't configure it yet probably, no?

Not really.

Or if not, read my comments above.
