[horde] horde installation problem: Action canceled at login

I'm not doing SSL at this point in time.  I just wanted to get it working in
the simplest form.

Jan 21 15:00:26 HORDE [notice] [imp] Login success for falgout
[192.168.65.1] to {localhost:143} [on line 92 of
"/var/www/html/horde/imp/redirect.php"]

This is all I get from attempting a mail login.  I'm running imap, but no
ssl since it is all internal.  when I go to /horde it doesn't go directly to
the imp login screen.  It does show the mail and log out buttons at the
bottom however.
