[horde] proxy, session timed out

Hello,

Has anybody had a problem where the user trying to connect to the mail server is on a proxy server and as soon as they authenticate, it returns them to the login screen and displays session timed out at the top.  I was having this same problem with two sets of users: ones that use the AOL web browser and a user that works for the military who connects behind a proxy.
