[horde] Some issues

All,

I'm installing a new Horde server for testing...using the CVS Head.

I'm suffering from an interesting VFS problem:
When I try to upload an image file (binary) I receive the following Alert:
The document contains no data.
Of course, the file doesn't upload.
However, this problem does NOT happen if I upload a text file...and it 
uploads just fine.
What am I doing wrong?

There is also an odd behavior with Moment, Genie and Chora:
The theme that should be applied...is not applied.  The component displays 
the pages without the common theme.
