Hi.  I'm trying to set up the weatherdotcom block but can't make any
progress.  I have registered with weather.com and entered my partner
id and license key into weatherdotcom.php.  I still get nothing in
the block.  It seems to break the rest of the HTML depending on where
I place the block in the portal page.

It seems that the first call to &Services_Weather::service() seems to
fail.  I've tried putting some echo statements into the php file
before and after it to confirm that it is indeed that call.  I'm
still very much a novice at php.

Please let me know if you can point me in the right direction.
