[horde] CSS problem with Horde 2.2.3

Hello,

I've been running Horde 2.2.3 for ages now, and i've been coming across a CSS 
problem (I think).

Sometimes, the CSS stylesheet does not get applied to any Horde pages on 
particular systems, but the IMP, Kronolith, Turba and Mnemo stylesheets all 
work faultlessly.

Obviously, this could be an issue with those particular systems, but the other 
stylesheets work fine on them too. It's just the Horde CSS that does not get 
applied.

Is this a known bug? Has it been fixed? Does anyone know what i mean, or has 
anyone experienced it?
