[horde] unserialize() failed

List Members,

After the users logs in, they can work, read, send e-mail and stuff, but
after some time the user receive an warning:
unserialize() failed at offset 0 of 43 bytes in
/var/www/html/horde/lib/Auth.php on line 250

After this, he is logged out by force, having to login again. This
happens like 4 time a day per user, and is pretty annoying

I tried so many php options, cookie cleaning and other stuff, but, in
the end, the best workaround I could find was putting that "@" in front
of the unserialize call, even if this just hides the errors, and the
client disconnections still goes on. I would really wish someone could
help me with this.

I'm running:
Red Hat Enterprise Edition 2.1 Essencial Server
kernel-2.4.9-e.37smp
php-4.1.2-2.1.6
apache-1.3.27-6.ent

I also tried with a fresh httpd-2.0.48/php-4.3.4 instalation but the
problem occurs by the same...

Hope you could help me.
