Do you really need the cli version?

You are missing some of the *-devel packages you will need to rebuild
things.

Yeah, you'll need various *-devel packages.

Well, if none of the developers run Fedora (which I doubt any do) then we
won't have the docs.  So some one like you would have to submit them.

But I'm sure it will work fine.  You don't *need* the cli version of
php to do anything, though I certainly recommend having it because it
makes life easier.  All horde functions can be done without it.

If your problem is horde/config/conf.php, just copy the file
horde/config/conf.php.dist and edit it with your favorite text editor.
Then you can re-configure it with the web interface later if you want.
