[horde] IMP With IMAPS

This must have been answered here before and it is certainly at the
comments in the beginning of servers.php, but, in
imp/config/servers.php:

    'protocol' => 'imap/ssl',
    'port' => 993,

Or, if you are using a self signed cert
    
    'protocol' => 'imap/ssl/novalidate-cert',
    'port' => 993,
