[horde] SQL log

Does Horde support SQL logging? I searched for SQL table description and found
it in a PEAR module. (SQL log guide could be written to Horde documentation
somewhere. What do you think?) However, Horde does not insert anything into the
table, not even in LOG_DEBUG mode, nor does it give any error messages. Is it
just my configuration or is SQL logging depracated?
