[horde] Failure to Attach certain attachments & PHP warning ???

Follow what the instructions above tell you to do (set those variables in your
systemwide PHP.ini).

You must be using IE.  THis is a bug with IE and and should be worked 
around if
you are using the latest version of IMP (3.2.3)
