[horde] SSL Accelerator recommendations?

Apologies if this is off-topic, but we've recently updated to using
Horde CVS with all it's very cool trimmings, and our https server
(Dual P4-2.4Ghz, w/hyperthreading, 4GB RAM) barely holds up to the
load (40 requests/second in peak times, about 200 concurrent users).

We've tried most of the optimisations in docs/PERFORMANCE and it's
useable again, but we're observing some odd bugs in mod_ssl that
cause apache to spin forever and a few of these spinning processes
makes the entire machine unusable (when the load average hits 300 or
so :)

So we're looking at an SSL accelerator, either a card, or dedicated
box. Does anybody have any recommendations or good experiences with
these? And any Horde-specific gotchyas to look out for?
