Ed,
Thankyou for the response. As I said before the Horde works fine with
PHP 4.3.4. The capabilities and settings page remains unchanged between the
two versions. I think I am missing something in the PHP installation but I
can't seem to determine what it is. I am running three other PHP pages that
are completely unaffected by the upgrade.
The only issue I've encountered is the inability to log into Horde. I
am using the windows zip version of PHP 4.3.5 and simply copying it over to
the original PHP folder (overwriting the existing files) I thought I might
be overwriting something that had a user defined setting in it but when I
place a clean copy of PHP 4.3.4 back in the same directory everything works
again so I doubt that is the problem. The path to php4ts.dll is defined in
the system environment path settings so that should not be an issue either,
especially since it is in the exact same place in either installation. I'm
stumped.

You might want to take a look at horde/test.php and see if
your missing something important. Especially, PHP Module
Capabilities and Settings. I'm using 4.3.5 compiled
yesterday with nothing different.
Good luck,
