[horde] php-4.2.2-0horde3.i386.rpm on Red Hat 8

Hello everybody,
I'm using Red Hat 8 on HP ProLiant ML350 server. I want install Horde Framework and its componebts. When I removed available php version and installed php-4.2.2-0horde3.i386.rpm, I received error: 
 
libcrypto.so.4 is needed by php-4.2.2-0horde3.i386.rpm
libssl.so.4 is needed by php-4.2.2-0horde3.i386.rpm
 
Acording to my knowledge, libcrypto.so.4 and libssl.so.4 are in openssl-xxx.
Rad Hat 8 that I installed has the packages: openssl095a-0.9.5a-16.i386.rpm, openssl096-0.9.6-11.i386.rpm, openssl-0.9.6b-29.i386.rpm, openssl-devel-0.9.6b-29.i386.rpm, openssl-perl-0.9.6b-29.i386.rpm.
 
I don't know why it has errors above.
 
However, installing php-4.2.2-0horde3.i386.rpm on Redhat 9 hasn't error. But I couldn't install Redhat 9 on HP ProLiant ML350 server.
 
Please point to me the way to correct errors or to install Redhat 9 on HP ProLiant ML350 server.
