[horde] 'done but with errors'

We recently observed the following (on horde-2.2.1):

On a slow link, it may happen that a user selects a message
and then clicks 'Reply' or 'Forward' to act on it, but the
Composition Window does not pop up. Instead, the user
gets a 'done but with errors'. (user uses IE 6.0)


This seems to be due to the javascript functions
open_compose_window() and friends not being fully downloaded
when the user presses the reply/forward link.

Is this known?
Is there a fix (eg,
	- place the functions much higher in the source to
	  ensure they are loaded before the link is shown
	- somehow disable the liks until the complete page
	  is loaded?
Is this fixed in a later version?

Or is there possible another explanation for this problem?
