No, just out of the loop.

Try using the framework module (included in the tarball, an extra module
in cvs).

Try updating to latest cvs which has changed completely yet again, or
install framework module.

If you want to use CVS HEAD, track the dev@ and/or cvs@ lists to keep
in the loop.
