If the PHP person is at all experienced, and can check a web site
and/or read documentation, it shouldn't be too hard to do.  The mailing
list could help if there are any problems.

You can run them side by side without any problems as long as you use
separate databases for each.  To share the database would be very difficult
to do correctly.
