[horde] Missing 'framework' files?

I've recently installed the Horde 3.0 CVS and the 'framework' and it
seems that the 'framework' is missing some files that 'lib/core.php'
calls (includes_once) in the test.php file.

Also, I've included the path to the 'framework' directory in my php
include_path.

I have RH Linux 7.3, Apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.3.4 and MySQL 3.23.41.

Some errors I get are:

Warning: main(Horde.php): failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in /my_doc_root/horde/lib/core.php on line 25

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'Horde.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php:/usr/local/share/pear:/home/httpd/vhosts/calendar.mccormick.edu/httpdocs/horde/framework')
in /my_doc_root/horde/lib/core.php on line 25

Warning: main(Horde/Registry.php): failed to open stream: No such file
or directory in /my_doc_root/horde/lib/core.php on line 26

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'Horde/Registry.php' for inclusion
(include_path='my_include_paths') in /my_doc_root/horde/lib/core.php on
line 26
