SV: [horde] Usage of images/icons in the Horde world

Well, how about duplicating the icons.. those used in places where there is
a potential for large icons are called <icon_name>_large.xxx, medium sizes
(perhaps those in the left bar) <icon_name>_medium.xxx, and for those
smaller ones.. <icon_name>_small.xxx

In the distribution, envelope.gif needs to be copied two times and renamed
once (envelope_large, envelope_medium, etc). And then if someone wants to
make a theme and fully use this possibility, allow them.

I have only just begun to play with the Alpha releases, so I haven't done a
grep <img src..> yet, but I suspect that would be a place to start.

Another alternative, although overly complicated, would be to name things
like <icon_name>_32x32.xxx, etc. but that seems a bit overkill; specially if
someone decides to use 64x64 or 128x128 .. ;)
