[horde] Differences between Horde head files and what is written in the install file

CVS versions are always work in progress. Documentation is work, too
(and it's LOT of work).

So if you suspect a CVS HEAD version to be:

1. Bug free
2. complete
3. documented completely and up-to-date

then you should rethink if you'd better want to use RELEASE version.
