  The indication in horde.log is not very explicit, it says:
  'FAILED LOGIN for test [...my ip...] to Horde on line 48 of login.php'

  The user 'test' exists in the horde base.
  horde version = 2.2.5
   imp version = 3.2.1

  imp runs ok, when Itest with imap dsn
