[horde] Problem with Horde head and weather portal?

Hi all,

I have an interesting one for you:

If I set the layout of the main horde page to include the weather 
portal everything works fine.

Once.

After that however, the horde backend just locks up, and refuses to 
service any further requests from that browser session. The only way to 
solve the problem is to restart your browser. Sometimes this is not 
even enough, and you have to restart apache and delete all of the 
stored PHP sessions.

Does anyone have any ideas? Or has anyone else seen similar behaviour?
