[horde] cvs checkout not working correctly

Hi,

I noticed this morning, that cvs checkout is not working as before. If I
do "cvs co -r HEAD horde", I get horde WITH all empty directories in
horde/lib (Auth, SessionHandler, etc.). Just a week ago it worked
normaly.
