[horde] Originating IP Address

You diddnt mention which version of HORDE/IMP you are using. With CVS,
it seems that that header is inserted via imp/config/headers.txt. If
your using a stable version and that doesn't apply, grep around for
"X-Originating-IP".. It shouldn't appear too often.
