[horde] top menu bar

hello

it is possible to grow the bar on top of horde (containing application menu buttons)? My goal is to use larger icons,
since 16x16 makes often very difficult to understand what
the icon actually represent.
If possible, how to do it?
I looked in config/html.php, in templates/horde/menu.inc
and in templates/portal/* .
