Thanks Chuck. Although that doesn't seem to be it. My other test installation provided more information and it seems that I have to do a: php install-packages.php So that it would install my module into the Horde pear directory (/usr/share/pear). So I guess I missed a step. Thanks for the feedback though...I will be able to use that info later on. Mike
