To test it, I gave this user all permissions. So that's not it.

But I solved it now by adding another sql-table (like Daniel said) and that
works.

Are you sure? What you write sounds like the horde db user isn't allowed to
create a new table, necessary for sequence emulation (similar to
autoincrement).
