[horde] Allowed memory exhausted

I narrowed my problem down to listApps() in Registry.php  Basically from 
doing line by line debugging, it goes through the top part of the 
function, hits the end of the foreach on 226, then loops back up to the 
top for some reason.

Also, the 'if' on line 220 matches, so line 224 is called.  What can I 
provide to help figure out what is going on?  I'm current HEAD as of 
Thursday.
