[horde] HTML_Select

I cannot seem to do "pear install HTML_Select" because it says its not a 
Stable release.  the URL myserver/horde/test revails that I am missing 
it and for the kronolith calander application to display properly I need 
to get it.

I am very new to the horde application framework, please give me a work 
around to install a beta/alpha of the PEAR's HTML_Select.
