[horde] HTML_Select

PEAR Version: 1.3.2
PHP Version: 4.3.8
Zend Engine Version: 1.3.0

It says HTML_Common/HTML_Select are required for Kronolith forms to 
display correctly.
when I run test.
I am only using IMP which works fine I might add.
