[horde] fileinfo PECL

[LRM]

Same problem here, and i think the Fileinfo PEAR package is not included on
PHP snapshots for Win32.

I've tried to download the latest snapshot too when i had the problem, but
no go.

So my best guess is: This package isn't supported on WIn32 yet or something.
