[horde] Horde with php 5.0.1 and mysqli

This has nothing to do with the extension. You can have both the mysql and
the mysqli extension side-by-side, plus PEAR:DB support both extensions
now.

If test.php would work for, you had seen that you don't have gettext support
in PHP.
