[horde] Form.php error

I have installed the latest cvs and everything works with the exception of
the forms. For example I get the following email when I try to add a user in
Turba (the address book is working)

Nonexistant class "Horde_Form_Type_multiline" for field type "multiline"

I have updated to the latest framework and installed the packages. Any
ideas?
