[horde] Options for horde not being saved - using mysql

Yes, I have. I went into phpmyadmin and double checked, and it is there,
and has some info in it.

> What settings are you using in your Horde Config for preferences?  

I set horde to login using imp, so I'm no longer seeing the main
configuration information. How do I get that back?
