[horde] menu.inc errors

Updated (actually, did a whole new install) to CVS horde 3.0 today and
now I am getting errors in menu.inc.  

I get these when I go to the "Options" page:

Notice: Undefined index: url in /www/html/horde/templates/menu/menu.inc
on line 8

Notice: Undefined index: text in /www/html/horde/templates/menu/menu.inc
on line 8

Notice: Undefined index: icon in /www/html/horde/templates/menu/menu.inc
on line 8

Notice: Undefined index: icon_path
in /www/html/horde/templates/menu/menu.inc on line 8

I can still update the options, but I do get these errors.
