[horde] New install fails in multiple ways - particularly class pear and IMAP

Wrong. None of these is using the c-client that is used by PHP's imap
extension. And PHP is probably not trying to use SSL but CRAM-MD5
authentication. But we can't really know because you gave us no error
message, log entry or anything that would give us a clue.
