[horde] Rename the horde directory

Sure it does!  I run 3 different versions myself.

It's set in the config/registry.php - look at the webroot variable.

Also, I'm assuming you're using HEAD since you didn't mention a version, 
so if you aren't, then this is completely wrong (I assume).
