[horde] IE login issues

Is anyone else seeing issue w/ logging into horde when using imp authentication
w/ IE?  I cannot get passed the login screen, it just keeps refreshing
redirect.php.
I am using port 81 on apache.  It works fine w/ firefox BTW.
Using latest CVS HEAD.
