I've looked in config/registry.php and can't find anything that has a
bearing on the non-appearance of the folders. Perhaps I don't know what to
look for. Setting login/logout to imp (in registry.php) doesn't help because
the authentication returns false and login fails.

I have an existing SquirrelMail installation on the same machine, and I
wonder whether Horde is failing because of SquirrelMail, although there
doesn't seem to be any reason for both not work side by side. Again, any
help is greatly appreciated.
