[horde] Horde 3.0.2 not working

Since installing horde 3.0.2 the following features stopped working

1. ability to open an email in IMP ­ nothing happens
2. ability to browse address book ­ nothing happens
3. NAG shows a blank page

I originally thought this was an SSL issue, but can now reproduce it on
standard HTTP as well.

OS: gentoo 2.6.9
Backend: mysql and courier-imap
httpd: apache 2.0.52
Horde/Framework: 3.0.2
IMP: 4.0.1
NAG: 2.0
TURBA: 2.0 

Anyone have any ideas? Anyone else experiencing this strange behavior?
