No, the only thing that the user admin interface currently provides with
Cyrus is creating the mailboxes, because this the only thing that can be
done through the IMAP interface. You still need to setup the authentication
credential for SASL and quota settings through the regular Cyrus
administration.

The Vilma module might be able to handle all of this one day.
