Forgot to mention, that I've also tried to login to 
http://webmail.demo.hub.org and check if it's working there...
The same result-  not working from IE6 -  HOME config.

This means that either this is a compatibility between XP SP2 IE6 and 
Horde3/IMP4, or this is a my side config problem ONLY. The server side 
Horde/IMP configuration issue is excluded.
I've checked once again all option in my IE and tried different tweaks - no 
result.
So, the tests from other clients with similar config are required to be sure 
if the problem is "common-wide"
