[horde] Problem

Well...

I have checked the logs.  It doesn't log anything about this.

I unzipped Horde and started from scratch.  Made sure that it was working with the IMAP authentication--and it was.  I untarred IMP and put it in /horde-3.0/imp.

When I go to http://webmail.vnsweb.com/horde-3.0/imp/, the following error is displayed: 
Warning: main(/www/webmail/htdocs/horde-3.0/imp/lib/../../lib/Browser.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /www/webmail/htdocs/horde-3.0/imp/lib/base.php on line 18

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/www/webmail/htdocs/horde-3.0/imp/lib/../../lib/Browser.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /www/webmail/htdocs/horde-3.0/imp/lib/base.php on line 18

Once again, no logs.  I did locate a Browser.php in /horde-3.0/lib/Horde.  Any ideas?
