[horde] Login page and Initial page

I'm trying to specify the login page for Horde - where can I do this as i can't
locate the option?

I also tried setting the initial page of horde to "/myaccount" - this works if I
try to login but the Horde menu option links to "horde//myaccount" where horde
is my install path - should this not link to "/myaccount"?
