[horde] IMP login / redirect.php problem|Hordeauthenticationaffected as well (UPDATE 2)

I have the same problem as well.  Windows XP - SP1 :IE 6, 5.5, 5.01 all 
do not work.  With Horde Authentication, Horde IMAP Auth and Redirect to 
IMP Auth.  Some machines with IE work just fine (SP1, SP2, IE 6.)  I've 
tried setting both webroot and cookies to '/' and '' and all of the 
clients still function as before.
