[horde] Cannot save preferences

I'v a problem with my Horde/IMP

Apach: 2
PHP 4.3.3
Horde 3.0.2
IMP 4.0.1


on a SuSE Linux 9.0


The installation was right and the test.php looks good. Only memory_limit shows
a Problem (but i have set it tzo 64 MB) and 

"MIME Magic Support: No
The fileinfo PECL module will..."

My problem: i can configute the Horde and the imp. It works fine, but when i
change my preferences e.g. Name or identity, the system say "..saved.." but the
horde_pref table is empty. and nothing is changed. The mySQL Database works and
the connecton informations are rigth. (session handling with mysql works)

hope everybody can help me
