[horde] Display Mail / Can't access Config

I got Horde 3 and IMP 4 up and running, my only problems so far is that I
would like it so users would only get mail(IMP) and not see horde at all but
I can't find that option. Also I can't get back into the configuration I did
setup my user in the authentication tab but I don't see the setup anywhere.
Could it be because I'm being authenticated by IMP and not horde??
