[horde] Horde problem in accessing the pages

Hi list,

 Anyone have encountered get the following error, plz help !!
I use horde version 3.0.3. and IMP version h3-4.0.2. But with the same set
up when I replace with my older version combination of horde and IMP it
works well.

When I browse i get the error:
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'Horde/Util.php'
(include_path='/apache/fileset/apache/htdocs/horde/lib.:/apache/fileset/php/

/disk2/mathan/apache/fileset/apache/htdocs/horde/lib/Horde/String.php on

Note: The file Util.php is avail in the search paths.

When I run the file in the command line I get the following error:
