[horde] "new mail" popup not working

Hi

I have Horde 3.0.3/imp4.0.2/kronolith 2.0.2, working correctely.

The popup for "you have new mail" also work for some users, but for
others doesn't work. I have check the config, and yes, all the users
have the preference for popup activate, and refresh every 5 min.

In general, for the users that fail, the firsts times they do login in
the new webmail, the popup (for new mail and calendar events) work OK.
But after a few time, the popup stop working. No popup is showed when
new mail arrive or a calendar event occur. And this is permanentely.

I have try to delete in mysql horde_pref table al the entrys for that
user, but this didn't help.

Any idea about this and how to continue?
