[horde] IMP Deleting Wrong Emails (more info)

I just found a further problem, that is easily repeatable on my server.

I can send myself an email, then when I click on a mail in my inbox, without refreshing, it will
show the next email in the list, rather than the one I clicked.

I believe this happens for the same reason, because the index was offset by the
email that I sent myself.

Any way to prevent these inconsistencies in the indexes?
